We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Services
Samantha offers both Interior Design consultation services, as well as hard and soft good sales. Samantha VanSteenburg Interior Design LLC purchases wholesale goods and is a reseller of such goods, such as furniture, art, accessories and other items. Client understands and agrees that the scope of Designer’s services includes purchasing agreed upon Goods through Designer.Full payment for cost of Goods is due from Client immediately upon receipt of invoice. Client’s payment of invoice for item(s) selected and sourced on Client’s behalf shall be deemed authorization by Client of said order(s). Upon receipt of payment(s), Designer will, as Client’s authorized agent, issue purchase order(s), track purchase(s), and coordinate delivery and installation of Goods and other items purchased by Designer on behalf of Client. For Design Day Clients, Designer will present specification(s) to Client for Client to purchase directly from the vendor. Client is wholly responsible for all items purchased by Client. Designer cannot guarantee prices of Merchandise, interior installation, or other services not performed by Designer. Vendor pricing is subject to change and beyond the control of Designer.
Policies
Refund Policy: Because Samantha VanSteenburg Interior Design LLC curates every item specific to each individual client, and because most goods are purchased through trade-only sources, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Shipping or Delivery Policies: As Goods are shipped, they will be received at a receiving warehouse preferred by Designer. In the alternative, Goods can be delivered directly to the Home or Project, or to a receiver and/or storage facility of Client’s choosing, if allowable by vendor. Client shall be responsible for coordinating with all receivers in the event Client elects not to use Designer’s preferred receiving warehouse. Drop shipping fees are payable by Client. Once all Goods are received, they will be delivered via white glove service and installed on a mutually agreed date. If Client elects to receive partial delivery of Goods as they arrive, then Client shall be responsible for overseeing and coordinating delivery and/or installation of same. Additional fees may apply to multiple deliveries and will be billed to the Client after the final installation. Shipping, handling, receiving, storage, delivery, and assembly shall be charged to Client at a flat rate equal to 20% of total cost of Goods. Delivery will be coordinated between the Designer and Client. Shipping charges from the manufacturer are billed at the time of invoice and delivery/installation charges are billed prior to delivery. Destinations and deliveries are available anywhere in the United States and approved by both the Client and Designer before any purchases are made. Designer will provide to Client production and delivery estimates from vendor for items ordered through Designer. Designer is not responsible for vendor delays in production schedule or delivery schedule. Client acknowledges that production timelines and delivery estimates may change at any time.
Return Policy: There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased goods. Client further understands that if Client wishes to cancel or refuse delivery of Goods after said Goods are approved by Client and purchased by Designer, then Client will remain liable to Designer for the cost of said Goods.
Should Designer be able to cancel the purchase of Goods, then Client will pay to Designer any and all costs or penalties resulting from the cancellation. Should Designer be able to return the purchased Goods, Client will pay to Designer any and all costs associated with the return, including but not limited to penalties, restocking fees, hourly fees, and shipping charges. Client understands and agrees that certain Goods may be custom designed for the Client’s Home or Project, and that purchase(s) and sale(s) of any custom Goods are final. Returns and/or refunds will not be possible. Client becomes liable for the full price of custom Goods, including any shipping and warehousing costs, at the time Client approves purchase.
Cancellation Policy: The Design Agreement between Client and Designer will terminate upon the satisfaction of the Services required to be performed hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may terminate the Agreement by providing five (5) days prior written notice to the non-terminating party. Upon any such termination, Client shall within fifteen (15) days pay Designer any outstanding Fees for Services performed or Goods purchased on or before the date of termination.
